At the end of each week, gt automatically calculates your net loss and adds cashback to your account at the rate set for your VIP tier. Here, "net loss" means — the amount you lost during the week minus the amount you won.
For example, if someone is on the Gold tier and their net loss for that week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. This is the maximum rate at the Gold tier. In any week where total winnings exceed total losses, cashback does not apply.
